The Better Way To Catch A Snake reflects the Buddha's teachings as an ever elusive snake; difficult to grasp and hold. Crucial to practicing zen and mindfulness is the realization that all the power and wisdom you need, is within you, and therefore your suffering is within your control. In this piece, the boxer becomes exhausted while fighting blindfolded against an unseen enemy. With each punch, the bag swings back at the fighter, returning the power of each strike to its source.

The sound heard in the video is a collection of Tibetan singing bowls played by Paul Rabbitt.
